Djompo allows users to upload and share videos. You are solely responsible for any content you upload to Djompo. Djompo is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding Djompo's operation or content. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Djompo or from any content uploaded to Djompo.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Djompo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Djompo, your content uploaded to Djompo, or your breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Djompo at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Djompo.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on Djompo. Your continued use of Djompo after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
